Person Specification
Ideally in the role of Special Support Assistant you should have experience working with children who have SEN. However, applications will be considered from candidates without such experience who demonstrate an eagerness to rapidly develop new skills in this area.
The successful candidates will be self-motivated, with a genuine desire and commitment to help children and young people to fulfil their potential.
